Role
Exhibition co-creator and designer

Context
too much is a multi-media exhibition exploring the overwhelming nature of modern life — from overstimulation and constant expectations to the quieter weight of daily routines. Developed through interviews and public interventions, the project aimed to map the diverse manifestations of ‘too-much-ness’ and invite visitors to reflect on how they experience and cope with it.

The exhibition took place on 18 January 2024 at 8eight gallery in Berlin and welcomed approximately 200 visitors throughout the evening.

Approach
The exhibition space was designed as a fragmented narrative, mirroring the layered complexity of “too much”. A wide range of media was employed — including video, animation, sound, participatory installations, zines, manifestos, and posters — each contributing a different lens on the shared feeling of excess.

Rooted in interviews and collective research, the design process included spatial planning, visual identity, and curatorial storytelling. Visitors were encouraged to reflect, contribute, and connect — with the exhibition acting as both mirror and release.
